SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

YANES SPAIN S.L. undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the User to the address indicated by the User for this purpose on the order form. In the event of omission or error in the completion of the aforesaid data, YANES SPAIN S.L. will not be held responsable for any inconvenience arising and the costs of re-delivery shall be borne by the User. Under no circumstances will deliveries be made to post office boxes or call centres.

The order placed by the User will be delivered at final destination within 2 to 7 working days, once the purchase has been confirmed through the website.

We are responsible for the goods until the customer receives the shipment, except in the event that the customer expressly chooses a delivery method other than that proposed by YANES SPAIN, S.L., in which case, our responsibility would end at the time of collection of the shipment from our warehouse.

In the event of force majeure not permitting delivery of the order within the established deadline, YANES SPAIN, S.L. undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible of the new scheduled delivery date, in which case YANES SPAIN, S.L. shall be released from the commitment outlined in the previous paragraph.

If delivery cannot be effected,  because no one is able to receive the shipment at the indicated destination, the company responsible for delivery will provide instructions to the User to arrange a new delivery date.
Upon receipt, the User must check that the order matches the quantity and type of product requested. If there is any discrepancy, the User must follow the instructions in section 8 of these Conditions.

Depending on the delivery method selected by the customer, there will be shipping costs that will always be added to the final price of the purchase. However, the Customer will always be informed of the associated shipping costs before confirming the order. The acceptance of the 'General Conditions of Sale' by the customer will always imply the acceptance of the following shipping costs by the customer: 5€ for shipments to mainland Spain and 12€ to the Balearic Islands, free shipping on orders over 50€. How can I return an item?

To return an item, please send us an email to sap@yanes.com or contact us directly at (34) 647 497 034 stating your intention to exchange or return an item. The Customer Service team will contact you to inform the procedure to follow.

Exchanges. The shipping costs derived from size changes or product exchanges will always be borne by the client. Yanes will not be held responsible for any loss that the product may suffer during the shipment of the same.

Returns. After the approval of the return, the product must be sent to the address indicated by the Customer Service team. Once the product has been received, you will receive a confirmation email, and the amount will be reimbursed by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the reception of the product.

Yanes is not responsible for the shipping costs corresponding to the return and will not be held responsible for any loss that the product may suffer during shipment.

Shipments are effected within Spain by TIPSA --- International shipments by UPS

1. PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS:

The shipping time is 2-7 working days. For purchases under 50€, shipping cost for mainland Spain is 5€, shipping cost for Balearic Islands is 12€. Shipping is free of charge for purchases over 50€.

2. CEUTA, MELILLA AND CANARY ISLANDS:

The delivery time is 3-7 working days and the shipping cost is 12€ (VAT not included). Shipping is free of charge for purchases of 99€ or over. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are payable by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs correspond to the tax payable on the purchase (IGIC or IPSI), the import SAD and customs clearance.

3. EUROPEAN COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION (Germany, Austria, Denmark,  Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,  Luxembourg, Netherlands (Holland), Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden):

The delivery time is 3-7 working days and the shipping cost is 12€ (VAT not included). Shipping is free of charge for orders of €450 or over.

4. EUROPEAN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (Norway, Switzerland, Turkey):

The delivery time is 3-7 working days and the shipping cost is 20€ (VAT not included). Shipping is free of charge for orders of €450 or over. For shipments to non-EU countries, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are payable by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs correspond to the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import SAD and customs clearance.

5. UNITED KINGDOM:

New trade rules were applied following the UK's exit from the EU (Brexit). The minimum amount required to process the order is 250€. The delivery time is 4-7 working days and the shipping cost is €20 (VAT not included). Shipping is free of charge for orders of €450 or over. For shipments to the UK, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at destination, customs charges are payable by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs correspond to the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

6. MEXICO:

The delivery time is 4-7 working days and the shipping cost is 22€ (VAT not included). Delivery is free of charge for orders of 450€ or over. For shipments to Mexico the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are payable by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs correspond to the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

7. LATIN AMERICA (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica):

The delivery time is 4-7 working days and the shipping cost is 30€ (VAT not included). The delivery is free of charge for orders of 450€ or over. For shipments to Chile the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are payable by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs correspond to the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

8. UNITED STATES and CANADA:

The delivery time is 4-7 working days and the shipping cost is 25€ (VAT not included). Delivery is free for orders of 450€ or over. For shipments to the United States and Canada the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are payable by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs correspond to the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

Returns and Cancellations

Right of withdrawal

The CLIENT may exercise the right of withdrawal of the product purchased during a period of a máximum of 30 calender days after receipt of the product at delivery destination:
Watches must be kept in the original packaging.

For jewellery, given the nature of the products purchased, the packaging must be unopened, unpacked or unwrapped, and/or the seal of the packaging in which it was sent must not be damaged or torn.
The withdrawal will be carried out by completing the document that accompanies the product delivered and sending the product in its original packaging, together with the document, to YANES C/ Hierro -33-1º 28045 Madrid, Spain. The cost of sending the product to YANES shall be borne by the purchaser.

Once the product has been received by YANES and its condition has been verified, the amount paid for the purchased product will be refunded.

If you do not have the right  of withdrawal of the purchased product, the product will be sent to the address indicated by you within the national territory, at your expense.

The products may be returned if they are faulty or defective, and must be returned in their original packaging. To do this you must contact Yanes by telephone (34) 915392805 indicating the product and reference number of the purchase, where you will be informed of the procedure to return the product. Once the product has been examined by YANES and is deemed irreparable, the amount paid for the purchase will be refunded.

Refund

The refund period is 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal, although this will only be made once the articles have been received and it has been verified that the articles have not been mishandled by the User other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the articles.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment used by the customer at the time of purchase.

Cancellation of purchases

The User can cancel the purchases if and when the purchase process has not been completed in its entirety. In order to ensure that the customer can cancel the purchase, it is advisable to contact YANES SPAIN, S.L. immediately by e-mail at atcliente@yanesmadrid.es,  or by telephone at (34) 915392805.
